Steve Peters has been our property manager/consultant for five years.
Before having the very good fortune of being introduced to Steve and his lovely efficient team, being a landlord was quite honestly, a nightmare.
Between bad tenants, maintenance problems and late rental payments, we were going to throw in the towel.
